How FastDash Pro text alerts work, and how to turn them on and off

FastDash Pro can send a text message when something happens to your cart. This page describes exactly what it sends, how often, how you switch it on, and how you stop it.

What the alerts are

Every alert is transactional and is generated automatically by the device on the vehicle. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.

How to turn them on

Nothing is enabled for anyone who has not asked for it. No number is ever added on someone else’s behalf, and no category is switched on without the device owner instructing it.

To receive alerts, the owner of the device provides their own mobile number to FastDash Pro during setup, and then chooses which of the categories above to switch on. Each category is enabled individually and separately — switching on charging notices does not switch on anything else.

By providing your mobile number and enabling an alert category, you agree to receive automated text messages from FastDash Pro about your own vehicle. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with how the vehicle is used. Message and data rates may apply.

This is the only way to opt in. FastDash Pro does not obtain mobile numbers from any other source, does not buy or rent lists, and does not add a number on anyone else’s behalf.

Turn alerts on

Alerts are off until you ask for them here. Nothing is enabled for anyone who has not asked, and no number is ever added on someone else’s behalf.

FastDash alerts are for device owners. Your device ID is on the unit and in your dashboard.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
