These terms cover the FastDash Pro device, the dashboard that displays its data, and the optional text message alerts. Using any of them means you accept these terms.
FastDash Pro is a retrofit security and telemetry device installed on an electric golf cart by its owner. It records position, battery condition and motion, uploads that information to your own account, and can alert you when something happens to your vehicle.
The device depends on GPS, cellular coverage, a working battery and correct installation. Any of those can fail. A theft alert may be delayed or may not arrive at all — for example where there is no cellular signal, where power to the device has been cut, or where GPS is obstructed.
Do not rely on FastDash Pro as your only security measure. We do not guarantee recovery of a stolen vehicle, and we are not liable for loss, theft or damage.
The device reports battery condition and can report when charging has finished. These are informational. You remain responsible for charging your vehicle safely and in line with your battery manufacturer's instructions.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what is done through your account. Install and operate the device lawfully, and only on a vehicle you own or have permission to fit it to.
Programme. FastDash Pro sends automated alerts about your own vehicle to a mobile number you enter into your own account. Alerts cover theft and tamper alarms, battery safety conditions, charging status, and device faults.
Consent. You opt in by entering your own mobile number into your account and switching on the alert types you want. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We send alerts only to the account holder.
Message frequency. Varies with how the vehicle is used. Alerts are event-driven rather than scheduled, so a busy day produces more messages than a quiet one.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for alerts; your mobile carrier may.
To stop: reply STOP to any message and all
alerts end immediately. You can also switch any category off in your account.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the service. We will give notice where a change materially affects you.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from the device failing to detect or report an event.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
