FastDash Pro ("we", "us") makes a retrofit security and telemetry device for electric golf carts. This policy explains what the device and its associated dashboard collect, why, and what we do and do not do with it.

A FastDash unit is installed on a vehicle by its owner and records:
This information describes a vehicle, not a person. We do not collect names, addresses, payment details or browsing activity from the device.
To view your data you sign in with an email address. If you choose to receive alerts by text message, you provide a mobile telephone number. That is the whole of the personal information we hold.
Alerts are optional and are sent only to a mobile number entered by the account holder into their own account, about their own vehicle. Typical alerts are a theft or tamper alarm, a battery safety warning, charging status, or a notice that the device lost power.
No mobile information is ever sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider strictly for the purpose of delivering your messages, and that provider may not use it for any other purpose.
Message frequency varies with how the vehicle is used. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all alerts, or HELP for assistance.
We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any form of marketing.
Only you, and only the vehicles registered to your account. Access is enforced at the database level, not merely hidden in the interface.
We use service providers to make the product work: a cloud database host, and a telecommunications provider that carries cellular data and delivers text messages. They process this information solely to provide those services to us. We do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.
We disclose information otherwise only where legally required, or where you ask us to — for example providing your own location history to law enforcement after a theft.
Vehicle telemetry is kept while your account is active, because the history is the product. Ask us to delete your data and we will remove it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with per-account access controls. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.
This is a product for vehicle owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you, tell you directly.
